Design Identity Group is a full-service Design firm located in San Clemente, CA, founded by Caroline Kovac. From a young age Caroline's entrepreneurial spirit shined through. Throughout college, she worked in multifamily property operations, where her love for the industry grew, eventually leading her to the asset management side of the business. While working on acquisitions and renovations, Caroline realized the need for investors to refresh their assets to stay competitive, but with a focused lens on ROI.
This insight led her to put an entrepreneurial spin on the design process and as the demand for a relevant and competitive value add design firm grew, Design Identity Group was born. Today, their primary focus is on multifamily and hospitality design.

Founding Design Identity Group after working for a value-add investment firm known as, Raintree Partners, Caroline competed against large/established design firms with a new vision for multi-family design. With a passion for creativity and art, functional and operational use of commercial designs and strong discipline and understanding of ROI she sought out a process and design style that is disrupting the typical commercial design mold. Caroline is a graduate from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She has taken numerous CED courses in Interior Design, Architecture and Furniture Manufacturing. She has over 18+ years in Multi-Family Operations and Asset Management.
